Flourless Chocolate Cake

A flourless chocolate cake covered with ganache then wrapped in chocolate ribbons and dusted with cocoa powder. I burned the seams a little with the torch trying to press them together. I should have turned it to get a picture of the good side. the chocolate ribbons are a little hard to handle; one must be quick and wrap with minimal touching or you will leave finger prints.
